Return Policy

We offer a 30-day In-Home trial policy on all Tablecloth, Quilt purchases with the exception of custom made Tablecloths, Quilts. Should, for some reason, one be dissatisfied with a purchase or selection, they may return the item, no questions asked. However, do note that the processing and handling fee is not refundable, and you are to bear the cost of shipping for the return. We will issue a special return authorization number once we have received your request for return, and you may then use your choice of carrier for the return shipment.

 

Return conditions and conditions:

1) When you return the item, you can avoid folding, tapping or stepping the surface of the item.

2) The goods (cloth, duvet) shall be in a new position, which has no signs of soaking or injury. No damaged items will be accepted.

3) If they are made outside the 30-day test period, the return will not be accepted.

The goods purchased during clearance sales, custom tablests and sample items cannot be returned until they are found to be damaged or deficient. In such cases, we will replace the item with a similar product if available, or a replacement is not possible, and then free up reimbursement.
